Terms of Use
1. Who these terms are between
These terms are between you and the owner of rothwise.ai and the RothWise™ brand ("RothWise", "we", "us"). By using this site, by submitting the form on it, or by using any report produced through it, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. Two surfaces, and they are governed differently

This website and its form
Informational pages, open to anyone, and the “Run My Conversion Numbers” form, through which you can ask for your own RothWise conversion report and to be contacted about it. Sections 3 to 5 govern the form.

Software a licensed professional uses to produce a report. Section 6 governs it.
3. Requesting your numbers
- Who may submit. You must be at least 18, live in the United States, and submit only your own information (and your spouse's, with their permission). The phone number must be a number you own or are authorized to use.
- Accuracy. Your report is calculated only from what you enter. Figures that are wrong or incomplete produce figures that are wrong or incomplete.
- Phone verification. To protect you and us from false or impersonated requests, we may text a one-time code to the number you give and ask you to enter it before your request is submitted.
- What happens next. Your answers are run through the RothWise calculator and your request, your contact details and your report are passed to a licensed Roth conversion professional matched with you, who may contact you to go over it. That professional pays us for the introduction. They are independent of us; any advice, product or service they offer is theirs, under their own terms.
- No obligation. Submitting the form does not oblige you to buy anything, to meet anyone or to take any action.
- Repeat requests. If you submit again, we may update your existing record and report with your new figures and pass them to the same professional.
4. Your consent to be contacted
When you tick the box on the form and submit it, you give this consent:
By tapping “Submit,” I agree that RothWise.ai and licensed Roth conversion experts matched with me may contact me by phone, text message, or email at the phone number and email I provided about Roth conversion solutions. My consent here authorizes contact even if my phone number is on a federal, state, or internal Do Not Call list. Automated dialing technology may be used. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel.
- Your consent covers the phone number and email address you entered, and lasts until you revoke it.
- Consent is not required to buy any product or service.
- Calls may be recorded for quality and compliance.
- You may revoke consent at any time, by any reasonable means: reply to any email or text message we send you (reply STOP to any text to stop texts), or tell the person who calls you. We will honor a request within a reasonable time and as the law requires. Revoking consent with us does not by itself revoke consent you gave a professional directly; tell them too.
- If your number changes or is reassigned, please tell us so that we stop contacting it.
5. Text message terms
- Program. RothWise.ai texts: a one-time verification code when you submit the form, and messages about your Roth conversion request from us and the licensed professional matched with you.
- Frequency. Message frequency varies.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
- Help and stopping. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to cancel; you will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed and no further texts after that, unless you sign up again.
- Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy. Mobile numbers and text-message consent are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing, except the professional matched with you as described in section 3. See the Privacy Policy.
6. The calculator is a tool for licensed professionals
RothWise is calculation software, made available to licensed financial professionals for use in their own practice. A report produced through RothWise is an illustration generated from the figures entered. When a professional prepares a report for their client, that document is the professional's: they are responsible for the accuracy of what they enter, for the suitability of anything they recommend, for the handling of their client's information and for their own compliance obligations.
7. What RothWise does not do
RothWise does not provide tax, legal, accounting or investment advice, does not make recommendations to any individual, and does not act as a fiduciary to anyone. Nothing on this site and nothing in a report is an offer, a solicitation or a promise of any outcome.
8. Illustrations and assumptions
Outputs are projections. They are produced from the figures entered, from published tax and Medicare amounts current when the engine was built, and from stated assumptions, including the annual rate of return stated in each report. Tax law, published amounts and market conditions change, and actual results will differ. No figure is a promise of any result. Sample figures on the site are a hypothetical example, not drawn from any real household.
9. Intellectual property
The RothWise™ name and logo, the report design, the page layout and colour system, the calculation engine, the site and all copy on it are owned by us and are protected by trademark and copyright. You may keep and use a report prepared for you. You may not copy, reproduce, adapt, reverse-engineer, resell, sublicense or create derivative works from the site, the engine or the report design, and you may not remove or alter any RothWise name, mark, notice or attribution from a report.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, to submit false information or someone else's information without permission, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, to interfere with its operation, to probe, test or automate requests to the form or the calculator, to scrape or bulk-extract its content or outputs, or to present its output as your own product. We may block any request or address that does.
11. No warranty
The site and all output are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any figure is free of error.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost business, lost data, or loss arising from any decision made or action taken in reliance on the site or any report, or from anything a professional does or offers. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the amount, if any, you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, liability or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from information you submit, from your misuse of the site, or from your breach of these terms.
14. Changes, suspension and termination
We may change these terms, the site or the calculation engine at any time; the version on this page is the current one. A change does not reduce the consent choices you have already made. We may suspend or end access to the site at any time.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which the owner of RothWise has its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
