Privacy Policy
1. What this policy covers
This policy covers rothwise.ai, including the “Run My Conversion Numbers” form on it, and the RothWise conversion report prepared from what you enter there.
2. What the form asks for, and why
The form asks only for what the conversion report uses, and for a way to reach you about it.
| How you file your federal taxes | Married filing jointly and single filers have different brackets, deductions and Medicare thresholds, so this decides which calculation is run. |
| State | Applies your state's income tax and any retirement exclusion. |
| Age, and whether you were born before 1960 (for each spouse, if joint) | Sets when required minimum distributions begin and which age-based allowances apply. |
| Planned retirement age | Removes wage income from the projection in your retirement years. |
| Pre-tax retirement balances, other savings, other income and Social Security | The figures the conversion is calculated on. |
| Your name, email and mobile number (and your spouse's name, if joint) | To label the report, to verify the request and to contact you about it. |
We also record the page you submitted from, any campaign tags in its address (for example utm_source), the referring page your browser reports, the time you submitted, your IP address and browser type, and the exact consent wording you agreed to. We use these to keep a record of your consent, to prevent fraud and abuse, and to know which advertising brought you here.
The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking script. Its only script is the one that runs the form.
3. What happens when you submit
- Verification. We may text a one-time code to your number to confirm the request is yours. The code is sent and checked by our text-message provider.
- Calculation. Your answers are run through the RothWise calculator, which prepares your report.
- Our records. Your answers, contact details, report figures and consent record are stored in our customer records so your report can be prepared, delivered and updated.
- The professional matched with you. Your request, contact details, answers and report are passed to a licensed Roth conversion professional, who may contact you about it. That professional pays us for the introduction. Some state laws treat this as a “sale” of personal information; you may tell us not to share your information this way, as described in section 8.
- Repeat requests. If you submit again with the same email or phone number, we may update your existing record with the new figures rather than create a new one.
4. How we may contact you
By ticking the consent box on the form and submitting it, you agree to the following:
By tapping “Submit,” I agree that RothWise.ai and licensed Roth conversion experts matched with me may contact me by phone, text message, or email at the phone number and email I provided about Roth conversion solutions. My consent here authorizes contact even if my phone number is on a federal, state, or internal Do Not Call list. Automated dialing technology may be used. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel.
Consent is not required to buy any product or service. You may revoke it at any time by any reasonable means: reply to any email or text message we send you (reply STOP to any text to stop texts), or tell the person who calls you. The Terms of Use, sections 4 and 5, set out the text-message terms.
5. Who else handles your information
Besides the professional matched with you, your information is handled only by service providers acting for us: website hosting and security, text-message delivery and verification, email delivery, our customer-records and automation systems, and the professional's own customer-relationship software. They may use it only to provide their service to us.
We do not sell or share mobile numbers or text-message consent with anyone for their own marketing, other than the professional described in section 3. We may disclose information where the law requires it, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a sale or reorganization of the RothWise business.
6. What we do not do
- We do not place third-party advertising, social-media or tracking technology on this site.
- We do not use your figures to build advertising or behavioural profiles.
7. Retention and security
We keep your information while it is needed to prepare, deliver and update your report, and afterwards for as long as the law requires or allows us to keep records of consent and of our dealings with you. Traffic to this site, to the form and to the calculator is encrypted in transit, and the calculator itself is not reachable from the internet. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we do not claim absolute security.
8. Your choices and rights
You may ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us not to sell or share it, and stop calls, texts or emails at any time. Depending on where you live, state law may give you further rights; we will not treat you differently for using them. To make a request, reply to any email or text message we send you (reply STOP to any text to stop texts), or tell the person who calls you. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on it.
9. Children
This site is written for adults planning for retirement. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The version published on this page, with its date, is the current one.
11. Contact
For privacy questions or requests, reply to any email or text message we send you (reply STOP to any text to stop texts), or tell the person who calls you.
